Attorney Bernard Walsh Comments On Latest Electrolux Dishwasher Fire Lawsuit

Personal Injury and Civil Trial Lawyer Bernard F. Walsh has remarked on the latest dishwasher fire related lawsuits facing Electrolux

Bradenton Florida February 2017 – The latest lawsuit filed against Electrolux Home Products  alleging faulty wiring has draw remarks from Attorney Bernard Walsh, of the Bradenton office of Goldman Babboni Fernandez & Walsh.

Filed in the New Jersey federal court, the lawsuit has become a central case in a group of other legal actions that includes eight other proposed class actions against the home appliance maker. Filed by Philadelphia Contributionship Insurance Co., the complaint has alleged that faulty wiring in a Frigidaire dishwasher model manufactured by Electrolux caused a house fire at a policyholder residence.

Attorney Bernard Walsh had this to say about the latest legal actions against Electrolux, “While the outcome of this latest lawsuit remains undecided, legal actions such as this class action are essential for maintaining consumer safety. Even the most mundane home appliance often carries significant electrical current and any defect is potentially dangerous – especially when consumers trust such appliances to be left unattended in their homes.”
